Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Domestic Shipping:
Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days.

International Shipping:
Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Additional duties and taxes may apply at the recipient's expense.

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.


Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on most products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at the email below before sending your item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Please note:
No refunds will be issued on Zendoofy bags. These items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
